Cleaned Before Every Rental

We clean and sanitize all inflatables before every rental.

Setup fit is reviewed before deposit, including space, surface, access, and anchoring needs.

Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

We monitor forecast conditions and will work with you if weather affects the event.

Flat grass is preferred. Power availability and setup distance are checked before confirmation.

We proudly serve Vaughan and nearby GTA communities, subject to schedule and route fit.

Delivery/pickup is $50. Delivery + setup + pickup/takedown is $85. Pickup/dropoff is available at no added delivery charge.

Safety comes first. If weather or wind creates a risk, Sofie's Castle may recommend rescheduling instead of forcing the booking.
